On the way home from school one day

We prefer building sand castles over snow men.

Where was I? Ahh yes, December...
Another exciting month...
Gary went to London to see Led Zeppelin.
You may ask why Im not showing any pics of the actual concert. I asked the same...why?
"Because they said no cameras, and I was afraid they would take my camera away."
Fortunately there were some daredevils that took their cameras and there were a few pics of Gary and Chad at the actual concert, he brought back ticket stubs and of course a T-Shirt for me. I heard it was a good time and there are rumors there will be a tour...if so, Im next to go.
Garys office had a "family" style party this year instead of the usual dress up dinner.
Complete with face painting, balloon making and a Santa.
For our actual Christmas day, we were able to try Orlando. We enjoyed being together for a warm, beautiful holiday, but DO NOT try to go to the parks. DO NOT.
At the hotel Santa visited our room to drop off her gifts. Now THAT was fun. She was so sleepy, it after 10 pm and barely woke to see him...

Sorry these posts are so brief, thats what happens when I don't blog often enough.
Its been one year since I started this blog. I will again try and keep up with entries.

Has it really been since Haloween that Ive blogged?
Probably because once I checked and realized its been so long I just closed the window and prayed it would update itself in lightening speed.
But no, here I am with a ton to share. OK let me do it by month.
November. OK, this may not be a very good way to do this because I cant remember November.
Let my photos jog my memory...

OH WAIT!
Im so happy I got this on camera.
OK so around Halloween, Stella was into dressing up, of course.
So I bought her cat ears and a cat tail on sale at Pottery Barn kids.
Well then I thought "oh good, let me get out my eyeliner and we can do whiskers!"
One day, after the whisker effect, Stella yelled to me that she wanted to put on whiskers again.
So I let out my usual "In a minute..."

So this is where the next minute led to.

Warning, don't try this at home, just because its a washable marker does not mean it all comes off....esp in black.

OK, next, Thanksgiving. LOVED IT.
I love seeing parents.
We visited them and then decided to take two days to get back, one day was TOOOO long.
So on the way back we stopped half way, Amelia Island.
The hotel had really fun kids stuff including an entire boat made out of gingerbread in the lobby and horses on the beach!

DECEMBER?
We did alot, I will come back to it:)
